Tyrel Dulvarie is an Yirrganydji, Dugulbara, Kalkadoon, Umpila man from Kimuy, with Malaysian and Indonesian heritage from Johor Bahru & Java. He works across dance, theatre and film.

Dance: Daniel Riley & Rachael Maza AM’s TRACKER (Australian Dance Theatre/ILBIJERRI Theatre Company); THE SHEPHERDS (Carly Sheppard & Alisdair Macindoe); ARKADIA, MOUNTAIN and PULAU (Melanie Lane); THE CHRONICLES (Stephanie Lake Company) and NHAMGAN NGALI NYIN (Yolande Brown). He was a company dancer with Bangarra Dance Theatre (2016 – 2021) and Australasian Dance Collective (2021 – 2022).
Awards: Green Room Award winner for Outstanding Performer – Dance (Pulau); Australian Dance Award winner for Outstanding Performance by a Male Dancer (30 Years of Sixty Five Thousand).
Training: Aboriginal Centre for the Performing Arts; Sydney Dance Company.
